Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, Qurna will exchange it or refund your money.Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at
customerservice@qurnasoaps.com and we will issue you
a Return Authorization Number.
If it is possible, use the same packaging your order
arrived in. Make sure that the items are properly
packaged and well protected to avoid damage. We will not be able to refund your money for the items
damaged due to improper packaging.
We will refund you the price of the items plus
applicable taxes after they have been received
unopened and in a resalable condition.
We will gladly issue you a store credit for opened
items that you are not satisfied with.
If you receive a damaged item(s) with your order we
will replace it with an identical product(s). We
will also refund you the original shipping cost. To
avoid unnecessary returns please, contact us as soon
as possible at
customerservice@qurnasoaps.com.
Refunds will be made in the form of payment you have
made to us.
Please allow 15 days for us to receive and process
your return.
